4. Non-smoker.
5. Has a safe car.
6. Employed or financially stable
7. Close to your family.
8. Must like animals.
9. Must be a baseball fan. (Red Sox fan bonus)
10. Must be a football fan. (Pats fan a bonus)
11. Must know Yankees suck.
12. Must like or willing to go dancing.
13. Must be smart.
14. Must want to learn new things.
15. Must communicate well.
16. Open and enjoy travel.
17. Honestly.
18. Must not do drugs.
19. Must not already have kids.
20. Must have goals.
21. Must have a hobby.
22. Must know what TV show "gigigty gigity" and "who killed lois".
23. Must provide a letter of recommendation - it cannot be from parents.
